Their Negotiating Committee presented the TA to the APFA Executive Board, who voted to release the TA for ratification vote. We prepared the following comparison between the APFA TA and our TA. Both TAs bring significant improvements to the pay and work rules of their respective groups. Below is a comparison of pay rates, 401k match, and per diem. Additional information will be published as soon as possible. Our Industry Comparison page on the Contract Website compares both TAs with the rest of the industry.
