This page compares publicly available contracts for airlines based in the United States. Information is current as of February 5, 2025, to the best of our knowledge, including AFA Alaska TA2 and the recently ratified Tentative Agreements for Southwest and American Flight Attendants. Any errors are unintentional and will be corrected as soon as possible. Review current airline contracts for full language and details.

*Carriers using hourly pay have been converted to TFP for purposes of comparison using 1: 1.11

**Southwest pay rates are converted to hourly pay using their conversion factor 1.164 and converted back to TFP using our conversion factor 1.11.
