Using your input, our Negotiating Committee will draft a TA2 proposal to present to the MEC. Upon MEC approval, the Negotiating Committee will return to mediation as soon as dates are established with management and the NMB.

The original proposal that AFA presented us. Just keep going back to that as what we need to get a TA passed. It’s not about pilot shortage and no fa shortage (yet), it’s about how we are valued and the extreme wealth we bring to this company and our shareholders. Until this is realized by management, and that it’s a new dawn in fa union negotiations, no TA will pass.
