Q: What protections exist for the new B2B messaging?
B2B messaging will not be implemented until the Company can prove that sent, received, and read receipts will be recorded. Once that occurs, the Company will need to prove they sent the message and it was received within the timeline the provision requires. They would be able to see that the Flight Attendant has read the message.
If the timeline within the provision isn’t followed, or if there is a tech/service outage preventing the messages from being sent/received/read, the Flight Attendant would be protected from any repercussions.
