Q: Is there a point during negotiations where Flight Attendants/AFA can be considered as negotiating “not in good faith”, such as refusing all concessions, not agreeing to any changes from management, etc.?
We can always take the path to refuse any changes from the Company – but, in mediation if we sit on our demands without moving, the National Mediation Board would probably shelve mediations. If we were in negotiations rather than mediation, the Company would apply for mediation.
