That isn’t how the provision is written, as you already received a key for your first room. However, you can submit a CrewCare report for the Hotel Committee to review.
If there is a significant delay in getting the second room, you can submit this information through the Association’s Online Support Center, which will be handled by the Scheduling Review Board (SRB). They will review the facts and possibly come to a one-time resolution for the issue.
