- Recordings from this week’s Virtual TA Roadshows are now available on the AFA Alaska YouTube channel and negotiations website.
- An FAQ page with common questions from the roadshows has been posted, and a complete list of all roadshow questions and answers will be available soon.
- In-person roadshows start next week, with a subsequent virtual Q&A session planned to address additional questions.
This past week, our Negotiating Committee conducted a series of virtual Tentative Agreement (TA) Roadshows to share information about the TA, provide details about the negotiation process, and address questions about the TA’s provisions. The Committee wants to thank the many Flight Attendants who participated in these virtual sessions.
To ensure the information from the roadshows reaches as many Flight Attendants as possible, recordings of the roadshows have been uploaded to the AFA Alaska YouTube channel and directly linked from the negotiations website. In addition to the video recordings, our Negotiating Committee has begun compiling the questions asked during the roadshows and posting them on a new FAQ page, which you can find at contract2022.afaalaska.org/ta/faq. More questions and answers will be added to the page soon.

Virtual TA Q&A Session To Be Added
To address as many questions as possible, our Negotiating Committee will be adding a virtual Q&A session following the conclusion of the in-person roadshows. This Q&A session will follow a similar structure to the virtual roadshows but will not include the Committee’s TA presentation portion. Further details about the virtual Q&A session will be communicated soon.
