Mobilization Committee
- It’s time to let management know we won’t accept a contract that doesn’t respect and value our contributions to the company’s success.
- Take action now and send a letter to executive management telling them to deliver a proposal that puts Alaska Airlines Flight Attendants at the top of the industry.
- Keep track of our progress on the campaign page and encourage your flying partners to join in!
Our Red Hot Summer is well underway, and it’s time for the next activity to turn the heat up on management! Executive management has heard it from our Negotiating Committee and MEC, but now is the time for them to hear from all of us—we deserve better! Join in and send a letter to CEO Ben Minicucci and COO Constance von Muehlen urging them to get back to the bargaining table and give us a deal that recognizes our value and contributions to Alaska Airlines.
TAKE ACTION: Stand in Solidarity and Let Management Hear Our Voices!

Our Negotiating Committee needs your support to let management know we won’t accept anything less than an industry-leading contract with industry-leading pay. Take action now and send management a letter telling them to do the right thing! We’ve made it easy; click the link below and enter your contact information. A pre-written letter is ready to send, or you can personalize it to share your thoughts and experience.
By coming together in solidarity, we can make it clear to management that we won’t accept their lowball offers. It’s time to demand what we deserve!
Keep Track of Our Progress
You can track how many letters have been sent on the main campaign page by clicking the link above. It’s important to note that the progress bar shows the total number of letters sent, not the number of participants. Since each submission sends two letters (one to Ben and one to Constance), the total number of participants is actually half the number of letters sent indicated on the progress bar.
Questions?
If you have any questions about the letter campaign or how you can get more involved, reach out to your LEC Officers or Local Mobilization Committee Chairperson.
