Starting next week, our Negotiating Committee will be hitting the road for a series of roadshows to bring the details of the tentative agreement (TA) directly to you. Each roadshow will include a presentation by the Negotiating Committee about the TA, followed by a question-and-answer session. These sessions are your opportunity to ask questions and get all the information you need to cast an informed vote.
The roadshows next week will all be conducted virtually using Zoom. In the coming weeks, we’ll hold roadshows at each base (see schedule below). You’re more than welcome to attend as many roadshow sessions as you like at any location. We’ll also be making a recording of one of the virtual roadshows available on the negotiations website.

Once your registration is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with more details. It may take up to 72 hours to receive your registration confirmation and joining link.

Full Text TA Available Next Week
Our Negotiating Committee is continuing their work to clean up the language of the TA’d proposals between the Committee and management’s negotiating team and compile them into the full text TA. This process requires careful attention to detail and multiple reviews for accuracy by both AFA Representatives and management. The final document will be posted electronically on the TA information page of the negotiations website before next week’s virtual roadshows begin.
