Negotiations Update
This week, our Negotiating Committee and Mobilization Committee Chairperson met with management for Negotiation Session 13. AFA Staff Attorney Sabrina Bracero joined the Committee for this session. *Our Negotiating Committee is supported during this process by AFA International Collective Bargaining and Legal departments.
Although no sections were tentatively agreed this week, Sections 16: Sick Leave/On the Job Injury and 32: Attendance Policy are almost complete. Significant progress was also made on Sections 30: Training and 12: Exchange of Sequences, and AFA proposed new Letters of Agreement (LOA). *details below
