  1. There was a company email last December-ish stating this ‘industry leading pay thingy’. We were trying to find it in old email folders, alas if we didn’t forward it onto our personal email accounts, it was deleted after 90 days. Does anyone have a copy of this email to share? As, there are a number of us that want to read it again.

    • The snippet that you’re looking for is these two paragraphs:

      At the outset of bargaining, we agreed to a very aggressive schedule with AFA in order to implement contract changes for you as soon as possible.
      ….
      We know wages are on your mind, and today our top-of-scale pay rate, including longevity, ranks fourth in the industry. Without longevity, our top-of-scale pay rate ranks sixth. If we can conclude negotiations on all remaining open items by the end of April, we are committed to moving you initially to industry-leading wage rates, effective back to December of 2022, and include a down-line market-check mechanism.

  2. Hi there . Where is the picketing ? I assume you’ll have signs for us to use ? Any other specifics ? Thanks

    • Our Mobilization Committee is working on putting together all of the details and will be posting them to a dedicated page of this website. That information will be published and shared within the next several weeks and well in advance of the events. For planning, picketing will be at or near the airport in each of the bases and signs will indeed be provided.
