- Our Negotiating Committee just wrapped up a week-long series of listening sessions.
- The Committee will now shift their focus to the upcoming Negotiations Survey, which will allow all Flight Attendants the opportunity to provide input and feedback about priorities for our upcoming contract negotiations.
- You can also provide direct feedback to our Negotiating Committee at any time by email or online feedback form.
Over the past week, our Negotiating Committee held a series of eight listening sessions as part of their effort to gather feedback from our Flight Attendants group prior to writing an opening proposal. Our Negotiating Committee had the opportunity to personally interact with dozens of Flight Attendants, engage in meaningful conversations, and gather feedback and ideas that will help guide our bargaining priorities in upcoming contract negotiations. Thank you to everyone who was able to take the time to meet with the Committee and participate in one of the sessions.
Up Next: Our Negotiations Survey
Our Negotiating Committee will now turn their efforts to preparing the upcoming Negotiations Survey, currently scheduled to launch in early summer. The survey is your opportunity to share your thoughts, feedback, and priorities for contract negotiations with our Negotiating Committee before they prepare our opening proposal. It will be crucial that every Flight Attendant participate in the survey to ensure that our Negotiating Committee receives the best picture of what is important to our group from contract negotiations. Be on the lookout for more information about our Negotiations Survey over the next few months.
