One of the key mandates of our Negotiating Committee is to prepare and present contractual documents that are thorough, accurate, and complete. Our MEC recognizes the importance of this responsibility and has determined that it will be beneficial to appoint a dedicated individual to handle these duties. Kristy Stratton will be taking on this role as our Negotiations Administrative Support Representative.
About Kristy

Kristy Stratton began her Flight Attendant career with Alaska Airlines in 2005. In addition to flying, Kristy is an entrepreneur, published artist, and loves to travel with her husband, Jim. Her professional history and wide range of capabilities include – business development, project management, extensive negotiations and contract experience with various companies, unions, and our airline. As well as working on the previous two Alaska Airlines Flight Attendant contracts, she has assisted AFA and the company in various administrative roles over the years.
Kristy is passionate about maintaining current contract improvements and believes in supporting our Flight Attendants through confident representation. She is honored to assist in securing a new contract which will equitably reflect our Member’s commitment and unsurpassable contributions to our company’s success and sustainability.
About Our Negotiations Administrative Support Representative
Our Negotiations Administrative Support Representative will work to assist our Negotiating Committee with document preparation, proofreading, and editing. Under the direction of our Negotiating Committee, they will be responsible for preparing tentative agreement documents and final CBA documents following membership ratification.
