We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve hit 86.4% of eligible Members who have already cast their ballot in the Strike Vote. We’re so close to achieving our ultimate goal of 100% participation, and we couldn’t have done it without your help!
But we’re not stopping here! We need your continued support to ensure that every eligible Flight Attendant has cast their vote. Please check in with your flying partners and Flight Attendant friends to see if they’ve voted. Let’s work together to send a powerful message to management that we’re ready to do whatever it takes to get what we deserve!
As we head into the final week of voting, we’ll be posting updated participation counts every weekday morning on our AFA Alaska Facebook and Instagram accounts. Make sure you follow us for all the latest updates. Let’s keep the momentum going!

Strike Vote Text Campaign Continues
Our Strike Vote Text Campaign is going strong as we move into the second phase of encouraging Flight Attendants to vote FOR the Strike Authorization. Starting yesterday, Mobilization Volunteers began reaching out to anyone who didn’t respond to the text message sent during the initial phase of the campaign to help make sure that everyone’s voice is heard.
If you receive a text message from a Mobilization Volunteer, please respond and let them know if you’ve voted. Don’t hesitate to ask them any questions you have about the vote. Mobilization Volunteers can provide resources and information to help you cast your vote successfully.
All text messages sent as part of the campaign will come from a 206-area code phone number. Personal information and phone numbers of Flight Attendants and Mobilization Volunteers are protected. Flight Attendants may also opt out of the text campaign at any time.
